Untuk para sahabatku nan jauh di sana, dalam selembar kertas ini ku tuliskan seluruh rasa kagumku pada ketabahanmu menjalani kehidupan di dunia ini.

Sahabatku nan jauh di sana, Sahabatku yang tak pernah menyerah pada nasib dan tak pernah menyerah pula pada dunia. Panas terik matahari tak mnyurutkan semangatmu mencari sesuap nasi. Setiap hari kau harus bertatap muka dengan hiruk-pikuk kota. Hatiku miris, melihat mu di ujung sana, kau bersusah payah mencari sesuap nasi, tapi aku disini duduk terdiam bahkan tak jarang membuang-buang nasi.

Sahabatku, kau adalah inspirasiku dalam bersyukur kepada Allah. Melihatmu, hati ku tergugah untuk selalu mensyukuri karunia yang telah Allah berikan padaku. Keluarga, rumah, pendidikan dan masih banyak lagi. Kau harus putus sekolah karena keterbatasan ekonomi. Namun aku sangat yakin kau ingin sama sepertiku, mengenakan seragam sekolah, mempunyai keluarga yang bahagia, tak perlu repot mencari makan dan masih banyak lagi.

Dalam sudut matamu, terbesit rasa kesedihan yang mendalam akan kehidupan yang kau jalani. Kau tak pernah tunjukkan rasa itu pada dunia ini. Kau tetap semangat, tak pernah mengeluh. Tak peduli orang mau berkata apa, tak peduli orang mau memandangmu sebelah mata, kau tetap gigih dan kuat. Aku bangga padamu. Teruslah berkarya demi masa depanmu dan untuk meraih cita-citamu.

Wahai sahabatku, janganlah kau putus asa. Kau harus terus berusaha, tunjukan pada dunia siapa dirimu. Kau sama seperti mereka. Kau bahkan lebih tau bagaimana arti hidup yang sebenarnya. Kau mempunyai bakat yang luar biasa. Aku yakin kau mampu, kau pasti bisa merubah dunia mu. Meraih semua mimpi indahmu, mencapai bintangmu. T
